Exploring the Industry

Through my involvement in aviation clubs and airport tours all around Florida, I’ve gained firsthand exposure to airport management, fleet operations, ATC, and TRACON facilities. Connecting with professionals who have dedicated their careers to aviation has strengthened my understanding of the industry and the important of safety. “Safety Third” is a saying I’ve heard in classes and within the aviation industry, it points out the importance of safety not being first but accounted for every action.

Leasing Agent Experience

As a leasing consultant, I’ve gained hands-on experience in student-housing operations, leasing, marketing and customer service. Working alongside a team in a fast-paced environment has strengthened my skills in communication, leadership, sales and business operations, while contributing to the success and growth of a new community. In our first year alone, I secured over 20% of all signed leases. Incredibly proud to announce that we earned property of the year and the first new development to do so!

Inside the Cockpit

I’ve had the opportunity to pursue flight training as well. Flight training has taught me far more than how to fly an aircraft. It has strengthened my perseverance, patience, discipline, and decision-making skills. One of the most challenging journeys but yet the most rewarding. It has given me a greater appreciation for the complexity of the aviation industry and continues to shape the aviation professional I aspire to grow into.
